Don’t stare too long is what I told myself over and over. So I would blink and look away to avoid my obvious obsession of the masculine stature that continuously stole my attention. He was a view of his own but yet we were surrounded by city lights and glistening water as we conversed about the ins and outs of life. I couldn’t decide which view intrigued me more, was it his point of views that led to debates between us two? Or the view of this educated man whose smile alone gave me butterflies? In an effort to court me mentally he chose a calm atmosphere that shared a perfect view of our city.
